We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your hoodie, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

  • The hoodie must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • The product should match the item received (no alterations, stains, or damages).

How to Return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  3. Ship the product back to the provided address.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange:

  • You can also request an exchange for a different size if your hoodie doesn’t fit.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
